LOUNGE SPONSORSHIP SCHEDULE BY GRADE:
Beginning on the first Monday of the scheduled month, these grades are invited to donate single serve, non-perishable snack items to the Teacher Lounge of your school. The teachers sometimes have to miss a lunch break or stay late after school - lets make sure that they have something quick and tasty to hold them over, or perhaps just something yummy to grab between classes. Favorite items include trail mix, cookies, dried fruits, chips, candies, heat and go meals, jerky, breakfast bars, variety nuts, juice boxes, popcorn, and protein bars. Please provide unexpired, SINGLE SERVE, sealed items to the front desk of your school throughout your grade's scheduled month to show the teachers your support!
The BOV Teacher Appreciation Team serves the faculties and staffs of both schools, hosting luncheons and banquets, providing snacks for the lounges, and hosting “appreciation events” throughout the year. Annual events include Back to School Brunch, Fall Teacher Banquet, Cookie Cascade, Muffin Mondays, various catered lunch days, and Spring Teacher Banquet. Additionally, we invite each grade level to contribute to the teacher’s lounge on a monthly schedule, by donating non-perishable snacks and drinks to be placed in the Teacher Snack Cabinet in each faculty lounge. Monetary contributions can also be made directly to the Boosters Teacher Appreciation account by clicking below to donate online. Participation is strictly voluntary, and your generosity is appreciated.
The families of BASIS Oro Valley have formed a positive and supportive network of volunteers who go above and beyond to ensure that our BOV/P teachers know how very important they are. We are lucky to have an active community who values the hardworking teachers, and strives to help them know how special they are.
